Made from 100% Chardonnay and aged 11 months in French oak, it opens with Meyer lemon, green apple, and white nectarine layered with jasmine, wet stone, and a hint of sea spray. Bottled at 14.2% ABV. The palate is vibrant and textured, showing lemon curd, ripe pear, toasted almond, and gentle baking spice, all lifted by bright acidity and a clean, saline finish.
