The loops on the heavy-duty Bouncy Bands rest inside the groove at the top of each support pipes so it doesn't slide down to the floor when being used. Made in the USA. Latex-free. The heavy-duty Bouncy Band is 20" long and stretches to fit desks that are up to 25" wide. The support pipes are 8" tall and have an inside diameter of 1.5".
