About this item

The Klon KTR needs no introduction in the world of tone — it is the authorized continuation of the most mythologized overdrive pedal ever built, Bill Finnegan's legendary Centaur, and it carries every bit of that DNA into a road-ready enclosure. This particular example is as close to new as a used pedal gets: unplayed, essentially new in box, a true find for the player or collector who has been waiting for the right one to surface. The KTR's ability to push an amp into natural, harmonically rich breakup while preserving the fundamental character of the guitar beneath it remains unmatched — touch-sensitive, musical, and instantly inspiring at any gain setting from transparent clean boost to full, singing overdrive. The internal charge pump runs the circuit at 18V for the same headroom and dynamic response that made the original Centaur a legend, and the switchable true bypass/buffer gives you complete control over your signal chain.
