It is then finished for at least nine months in medium-char yamazakura wild mountain cherry casks made by Ariake Sangyo.Bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof), it layers spring blossoms, vanilla, banana, baked cherry, burnt sugar, smoke, and gingersnap over a velvety texture.
