Fermented in small open-top tanks and aged 18 months in French oak, it reaches a refined 13.5% ABV. The result is layered yet poised. Bright red cherry and raspberry lead, followed by hints of spice, forest floor, and subtle oak. Silky tannins and fresh acidity carry through a long, polished finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled, whether paired with roasted meats or savored on its own.
