About this item

Help children develop flexibility in mental arithmetic with the use of a number line-a powerful tool that guides them to understand numbers. Through a variety of fun learning games and activities that use manipulative, playground, and clothesline number lines, as well as written ones, children learn to visualize number relationships, compose and decompose numbers, and show solution strategies and math reasoning. Great for whole-class and small-group instruction, as well as math centers.
