Created from unique blend of over 120 varieties of European and American apples from Shady Knoll family farm orchard. Apple juice fermented for 6-9 months using wild yeasts in apples and no commercial yeasts. Apple Brandy aged for 16 months in used American Oak Barrels and finished for 3-4 months in used Portuguese madeira barrels.
