About this item

Siembra Valles Tahona High Proof Blanco Tequila hails from the Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico, renowned for its rich heritage in crafting premium tequila. This exquisite spirit boasts a robust taste profile, characterized by bold agave flavors intermingled with subtle hints of citrus and earthy undertones. Its nose offers an enticing aroma of cooked agave, complemented by delicate floral notes and a touch of peppery spice. Crafted using traditional methods, this tequila undergoes slow-roasting of agave hearts in stone ovens, followed by crushing using a tahona wheel, imparting a distinctively smooth texture and depth of flavor. With a higher alcohol content of 47%, Siembra Valles Tahona High Proof Blanco Tequila is best enjoyed sipped slowly to savor its complex nuances, or as the base for craft cocktails where its bold character shines through. Whether savored neat or mixed in a cocktail, each sip promises an authentic taste of Mexico's tequila-making heritage.
