About this item

Subtle Spirits Stellar Bourbon Batch Bourbon Cask Cask #1 is a meticulously blended straight bourbon crafted from 6-, 7-, and 8-year-old MGP whiskeys. The mash bill combines 90% low-rye bourbon of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley with 10% high-rye bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% barley. Bottled at 100 proof without filtration, Stellar opens with vibrant currant and cherry aromas layered with caramel and vanilla, followed by cinnamon and allspice. The palate brings these sweet, savory, and spicy notes together in a rich, balanced pour. Enjoy it neat or with a splash of water to fully appreciate its layered character.
